Eligibility points are as below:

Age limit: Minimum age that must be possessed by the applicants that are applying for the post RA is 30 years and for the applicants that had the interest for the post JRF age must be 28 years. With the basic age relaxation will be permissible to the applicants that are under the category SC (Scheduled caste), ST (Scheduled tribes) by 5 years and OBC (Other Backward Classes) by 3 years.

DRDO Recruitment 2013 Educational Qualification:

1. RA: Requirement that is being associated with the post in terms of educational qualification is that PHD is required in the Psychology with the area of the specialism in the social, applied, cross cultural studies and military psychology and most desirable trait from the applicants is that they must have their work published in the journals.
2. JRF: Post graduation degree that had to be passed by the applicants with the 60% marks and with this the requirement from the applicants is project or dissertation in the area of social, applied and military psychology with having the comprehensive knowledge of the computer applications and it is desirable that applicant must be qualified in the UGC NET test or any of the state eligibility test.
